
The European Union Strengthens Healthcare Infrastructure for Afghan Women and Girls
On the fifth day of the "Five Days for Afghan Women" campaign, the European Union emphasized that strengthening Afghanistan's healthcare infrastructure is vital for effectively combating disease outbreaks. The EU's diplomatic mission in Kabul stated that access to healthcare services for women and girls is essential.
According to the mission, the European Union, in collaboration with the World Health Organization, has provided outpatient services to over 95,000 women for infectious diseases and has admitted more than 7,700 of them for treatment.
